UCF Mediation Team

The Mediation Team competes internationally in INADR tournaments, which take place around the world every fall.*

At each competition, teams of 3 undergraduate students come together to represent UCF. 

​

Students prepare by taking PLA4243: Negotiation in Practice, which allows them to learn about effective mediation techniques and gives them an opportunity to practice with their teammates. 

​

Students who take the class are required to compete in INADR tournaments.

​

UCF students who do not take the class, but would like to compete, may do so if they wish. They are just required to prepare for tournaments in the same way students in the class do.
